Coach. Loving Disruptor. Resource Liberator.

Kelli is the founder of Kelli King-Jackson, LLC, a social impact firm that advises leaders and organizations committed to investments in Black communities in the South. With 25 years in the social sector, working with both nonprofits and foundations, Kelli has a proven track record of forming strategic partnerships, building effective teams, and making funding recommendations.

As a leadership coach to Black women and femmes in white spaces, Kelli has accumulated nearly 800 coaching hours, witnessing transformative impacts on individuals, teams, and communities. Her extensive philanthropy career includes advising grantmakers on equitable investments in communities of color and Black-led nonprofits, and facilitating over $135M in funding to the Southern United States.

Kelli is an ACC-level coach with the International Coaching Federation, a 21/64 certified philanthropic advisor, and a member of the National Network of Consultants to Grantmakers steering committee.  She also serves on the board of Funders for LGBTQ Issues. Through these roles, Kelli remains actively engaged in social impact work.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kelli hosts discussions on elections, amplifies and invests in local, Black-led organizations, and is a sought-after speaker, avid writer, and occasional crafter.
