PURPOSE

In a Leadership VIP Day you will clarify your leadership vision, values, and goals. We go deep, fast!

Over the day, you will:

  • Unlock your potential with personalized coaching that addresses your unique challenges.
  • Take time to dream and think about something bigger than your day-to-day.
  • Engage in strategy sprints where you take your hopes and make them actionable.
  • Establish or fine-tune actionable goals you will follow through on and take responsibility for.
  • Schedule your priorities on your calendar to avoid getting lost in daily tasks.

Who Should Attend?

Leadership VIP Days are perfect for leaders navigating transitions, seeking to leave a lasting impact, or needing to rejuvenate their strategic vision. It’s also a great option for busy leaders who don’t want to wait 6 or 12 months to change their leadership and are ready for action now.

The VIP Day services include:

VIP Day Preparation

  1. Start with a goal-setting kick-off call that lays the groundwork for your VIP experience.
  2. Pre-work is sent to the client three (3) business days after the kick-off call. It will take approximately 3 hours to complete.

DAY OF  

  1. A four (4) hour session with a high-level analysis of pre-work, coaching, strategizing, and planning.  
  2. A break for lunch and reflection
  3. Draft of a Leadership Action Plan / Work Plan

Post VIP Day Support

  1. Our post-VIP day support includes one (1) month’s worth of Voxer engagement to keep you accountable and propel you toward your leadership goals.
  2. Four (4) weeks after the VIP Day the Client sends Kelli a final draft of their plan
  3. One (1), one-hour coaching session within six weeks of the VIP Day

FAQs

May I have an in-person VIP day? Most leadership VIP days are conducted virtually but can be arranged as in-person events. If you live within 25 miles of Houston, there is no additional charge for in-person sessions. In these cases, you will need to book the meeting space. Otherwise, you must cover the cost of travel and if necessary, lodging, for Kelli to facilitate your VIP Day in person.
