The median wages for Black women in the United States are $43,209 per year. One of the ways I demonstrate my commitment to keeping coaching equitable is through my BWDAB initiative. A key component of this initiative includes designating every second Saturday to provide coaching to Black women leaders with affordable, high-quality coaching. On the 2nd Saturday, sessions are $75.
