- Do you live and lead social change work in one of these states: AK, AL, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN, TX, VA & WV?
- Does your organization bring in at least $200,000 in revenue (before expenses are deducted)?
If you did not answer yes to ALL of these questions, your organization does not meet the budget requirement to join my cohort. My cohort is designed to focus on leadership exclusively. I recognize that many leaders of smaller organizations also need support with things like building a board or learning how to fundraise. To meet the needs of leaders who are just starting out, I’ve formed a partnership with Jolea Payne of Inspirit Consulting. Members of the Inspirited Leaders community will benefit from the amazing coaching of Jolea Payne and participate in the Southern BIWOC Leaders cohort for free! Inspirited Leaders is a great space for leaders of smaller organizations who need capacity building support too. I’m collaborating with Inspirited Consulting to make the Southern BIWOC Leaders cohort free to their members!
