Group Coaching

This image features a simple, elongated banner with a solid red background and white text. The text reads "Leadership Cohorts for Black Women Leading in White Spaces," clearly and prominently displayed across the banner's length. The design is straightforward, emphasizing the text to convey its important message focused on leadership development for Black women.

Are you a Black woman in middle management, feeling the weight of imposter syndrome and isolation? Join my group coaching program, designed just for you.

Why This Group is a Game-Changer:

👉🏾 Deepen Your Emotional Intelligence: Prioritize understanding your emotional intelligence through dedicated coaching time on your biggest leadership challenges.

👉🏾 Build Your Network: Connect with like-minded women who understand your journey.

👉🏾 Strategic Tools: Gain practical strategies to enhance your leadership impact.

A Different Approach to Leadership

Our coaching groups focus on building a supportive community of badass, empathetic Black women looking to deconstruct leadership as they were taught and to build something new. Unlike traditional leadership pages, our groups include wellbeing measures like healing and joy, not just performance metrics.

Our group experiences demystify and shatter long-held beliefs about how and why we lead.  We don’t have to:

  • Lead like white men to get ahead.
  • Teach harmful lessons about paying dues to young leaders.
  • Hoard information out of fear that someone will take our spot.

Instead, we lead by:

❤️ Creating authentic spaces to talk about our shared experiences.
❤️ Exploring models of leadership that do not cause harm.
❤️ Finding joy in leadership.
❤️ Maintaining healthy leadership boundaries and normalizing rest.

Group Highlights

  • Bi-Monthly Meetings: Dive deep into our anchor themes of awareness, alignment, authenticity, abundance, and accountability.
  • A Safe Space: Our group affirms that what is said in the group stays there; the leadership lessons leave so they can help others grow.

Group Details:

In each session, our topics will connect to these themes using empowering questions, interactive activities, and practical tools.

Our collective work will be rooted in five core themes: awareness, alignment, authenticity, abundance, and accountability.  Think of these themes as anchors to bring you back to the things you say you want to be and do as a Black woman in leadership.

We’ll use familiar leadership language (i.e. giving and receiving feedback), but our approach will be rooted in ways of leading that are healing and generative.  We will grow and stretch and rest.  And then we’ll grow some more.
