Hi, my name is Kelli.

I am part social justice warrior, part lover of all things woo-woo.

For years I struggled with frequent burnout from working feverishly on social justice issues while trying to manage the rest of my life.  

I know all too well what it feels like to think I am drowning – failing – when my household and family responsibilities overwhelm me or I have not made time for ME.

In 2011, as my family faced some serious challenges everything in my life started to fall apart.  I knew I needed to change how I showed up for MYSELF if I really wanted to help others.

I had to figure out a way to love myself AND be an advocate for justice.  

My life is no less hectic today.  I have not reached a state of perfection. Instead, I have learned to operationalize tools that keep me self-aware and reel me back in before I spiral too far into the land of the overwhelmed.  

Today my actions better demonstrate that I love my family, community AND myself.  Now I pursue justice for others and my own liberation from expectations, fear, and doubt.  I can proudly say I lead with my values in my personal and professional life.  My journey to this place continues to be guided by a mix of personal development, organization strategies, and a spiritual practice to keep me grounded.

My mission is to build a strong community of support, cooperation, and encouragement for women like me.
